Combined with her passion for psychology, this background would lead her to start SpeakFluence Global, the leading communication intelligence training company.
As a communication industry specialist, Su is disrupting the traditional belief that one’s fear of public or social speaking situations or of asserting one’s persuasive self is a fixed state or a diagnosed syndrome.
Su is on a mission is to support clients to achieve communication flow—the ability to access communication intelligence as required, on demand, while embracing and retaining one’s innate personality.

As one of the earliest MENA regional representatives of the Education Division of the International Positive Psychology Association, Su advocated for the need to integrate and promote positive psychology and neuroscience research in the educational and corporate landscapes in the MENA region. Through her charitable work with organizations such as has Educate Girls Globally, she has empowered underprivileged young women to find their voices, obtain access to education, and shift their mindsets to become future leaders through the development of girls’ parliaments and positive-psychology-rooted methodology.
Her passion for servant leadership is clear. Su has held numerous board positions with Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where she has curated future readying learning programs. She was twice awarded the Global Award, by both YPO MENA and YPO International, for Best Full Family Program and Best Spouse/Partner Full Program across 450 chapters globally. Su has served on the YPO Dubai Board, the Middle East North Africa Regional Executive Board, and the Parenting Network of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
